Our business days: Monday to Friday

Shipping Country: We are shipping to United Kingdom only for now

Shipping and Delivery Time:

We process orders Monday through Friday and can get all your Products out of our warehouse.

Transit time: 2 to 4 business days.


DELIVERY TIME = PROCESSING + SHIPPING. 

All items in the store may take 1 - 2 days for processing, so please be aware that these delays are beyond our control!

Shipping Method:

We use UPS, USPS or DHL and other 3rd parties to ship your order. If you place an order after order cut off time then we will process it on the next business day!

Order Tracking:

We want you to have peace of mind that your order is on its way. To do this, we provide tracking information for all orders so customers can follow their packages as they make their journey home!

If the tracking ID doesn't show up or you are facing an issue regarding an incorrect number, please contact us at info@tiletoday.co.uk with concerns about getting a fix right away.

Lost Item:

If by any chance, you did not receive the item you ordered, we advise you to promptly contact the carrier. If this option does not prove fruitful, feel free to leave us a message and we will try to resolve the issue.

  • We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter your correct shipping details when checking out and if you realize there has been an error message us as soon as possible at info@tiletoday.co.uk
  • Be aware that a product cannot be delivered on multiple addresses, therefore you are advised to write a correct address.
